Our meals will be simple, nourishing, and made from wholesome ingredients. The menu includes: Omelets Fresh salads Roasted vegetables Potatoes Chicken Fish Whole-grain bread Tea and coffee Snacks such as fresh fruit, berries, nuts, and chocolate will also be available. If you have any food allergies or dietary intolerances, please let us know in advance so we can accommodate your needs. You're also welcome to bring your favorite snacks or non-alcoholic drinks.

The retreat venue is easy to reach both by car and public transportation. By car from Helsinki: approximately 40 minutes. By public transportation: approximately 1 hour 20 minutes.

No previous experience is required. These classes are suitable for all levels. We explore dynamic facial stretching, low-impact strength and bodyweight exercises, self-massage techniques and practices that support nervous system regulation. All equipment will be provided.
